What's inside my wrap?Nickerty uses only 100% natural clean* flax seed. We do not use any other fillers, fragrances, or herbs.*Clean means there are no sticks, twigs, or debris. Why does Nickerty use flax seed?Flax seed is a durable seed that holds cold and heat. It adjusts easily to fit the contours of your body. Flax seed is all-natural AND environmentally friendly. Will the fillings break down?Flax seeds are durable and, with normal use of your Nickerty wrap, will provide you with years of comfort. Is flaxseed hypo-allergenic?Yes, however, if you experience any adverse side affects such as itchy throat, watery eyes, runny nose, discontinue use immediately.
How do I clean my wrap?Read and carefully follow the care instructions found on the packaging. NEVER wash any filling. If you are uncertain as to how to clean your wrap, please call our Customer Service Department for more information.
I don't see a certain product or fabric on your website anymore. Can I still get it?We only make a few of each design, chances are it's no longer available. If you really must have it please email me and I will see what I can do to get it. Can I microwave my wrap?Our wrap are designed just for hot/cold therapy. You can safely microwave or freeze any wrap. However, please do not heat the aromatherapy sachets. The essential oils used to scent the sachet can cause the wrap to smell burned or to burn in the microwave. For best results, tuck the aromatherapy sachet into the wrap after it is heated. The 2-In-1 wrap covers can be warmed and cooled on the wrap. However, the elastic sided covers can not be. The elastic could melt or burn in the microwave.

Kids wraps, and Buddies...We do not recommend you heat any wrap for
children. Hint: If your microwave does not have a rotating dish, you should flip your wrap over halfway through heating time to ensure even heat distribution. When re-heating your wrap, cut heating time in half. ALWAYS test any wrap prior to placing on your skin to make sure the
temperature is not too hot or too cold. What if my wrap is not warm enough? Continue heating in 10 second increments.
To chill your Nickerty Wrap.Place your wrap in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for 2 hours or overnight. Why the plastic bag? The plastic bag helps keep your wrap smelling fresh. How long will my wrap stay warm/cold? The Boomerang, Standard neck wraps retain heat or cold for 30 minutes. The Mini Eye pillows and Do-It-All retain heat or cold for 20 minutes.

business days, however it can take up to What is Nickerty's return policy?We believe you will be happy with your new Nickerty purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, products can be returned within 30 days and exchange within 90 days after receipt of order. There is a $10 handling fee on each returned item. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, products are not refundable after 30 days. Nickerty, LLC will accept returns/exchanges of defective items within 45 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of the defect. To process a return, you must first have an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. To get an RMA number, please call 404-992-3303 If a product is returned due to a faulty shipping address, the account will be credited the cost of the product, not the cost of shipping. Online specials are subject to the same return policy. Free items are
excluded from return policy and are not eligible to be returned. !!!WARNINGS!!!
